Congratulations on telling it like it is regarding Psycho McClana-Crook! My recent experience with this trollop for the landlords was quite similar. It is shameful that a sad criminal mind the likes of him is even able to remain on the bench. Hopefully others will respond to your writing; perhaps we could gather some of the taped transcripts of Zieg Heil McClana-Crap and present them to a local TV station or two. Maybe they would do for us what the powers that be at 111 Centre Street have refused to do. At the least we could try to get the word around. His sort of treatment of tenants is unacceptable, and that is a statement that needs to be made as emphatically as possible.
he lied on the bench for a landlord tenant housing case I was tenant in. Just out and out lied about testimony that was given and put words in the mouth of a witness that the witness didnt use; in court and in his decision. Anyone who wants to know what kind of a "man" he is look up his car accident case in Indiana where he pretended the long term wear and tear damage to his knee resulted from an extremely minor car accident.
He is really crooked, only works for lawyers , he was coaching the lawyer for tenant to file another petition so he can postpone the case and he is telling them how to avoid paying rent and telling me that he is going to drag this case for another year( I am self representing), he does not want my tenant to pay rent or vacate. he set the case for trail and all day he is reading from his tablet or phone did not call one case to trail.
